Divitix collects the information you provide directly (name, email, phone, PAN — masked), financial account data fetched via RBI-regulated Account Aggregator (Setu AA) or entered manually, and usage analytics to improve the product.
Your financial data is used solely to provide the Divitix service — generating net worth summaries, spending analysis, and AI-powered advice. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.
All data is stored in Supabase's Mumbai (ap-south-1) region in compliance with RBI data localisation requirements. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. PAN numbers are masked before storage and never transmitted in full.
Bank connections are made via Setu Account Aggregator — an RBI-licensed Financial Information User (FIU). Access is read-only. We cannot initiate transactions. You can revoke consent at any time from the Setu AA portal or from Settings in Divitix.
Your financial context is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalised advice. This data is not used by Anthropic to train models (as per our API agreement). No raw transaction data is sent — only aggregated summaries.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Export your data anytime from Settings → Export CSV. Delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone.
