Divitix is a personal finance tracking platform. It provides tools to aggregate and visualise your financial data and AI-generated financial commentary. Divitix is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, a bank, or a payment service provider.
Nothing on Divitix constitutes personalised financial, tax, or investment advice. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment or financial decisions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate information, and using the service only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes.
Divitix is a tracking-only platform. We do not execute trades, transfer money, make payments, or initiate any financial transaction on your behalf.
Divitix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 3 months.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
